Warranty Information
We stand behind our services. We provide warranty for all the equipment repaired by Royal Camera Service. If you experience problems with your item please bring it back or ship it to us and it will be fixed at no charge.
The warranty will not cover any items returned with impact damage, water damage, sand damage or show signs of tampering. Projector repair warranty does not cover the bulb.
Warranty periods:
Digital Cameras......................................3 months
Camcorders and Video Equipment...........3 months
Projectors..............................................3 months
Film Cameras.........................................6 months
Lenses, Flashes, Winders........................6 months
Estimates
We reserve the right to revise the estimate, if additional defects are discovered during the repair. We always call our customers, when re-estimate is needed and we will not proceed with the repair without the approval.
